TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF OUR FACILITIES
►BUSINESS HOURS REMAINS
8 AM – 5 PM MONDAY – SATURDAY
10 AM – 5 PM SUNDAYS
►Clients are advised to round up their program before 5 pm as the central generator set will be shut down and extra hour used will attract a fee
►The numbers of expected supported staff should not be more than three(3)
►Children are not allowed in our training facilities
►No chewing of gum
►No driver or support staff are allowed to sit or loiter around the reception
►No caterer is allowed to bring food/drink through the elevator, all caterers must bring their stuff through the backdoor
►Caterers are expected to pay corkage for use of our catering point
►All washing must be done downstairs
PLEASE NOTE ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE FULLY PAID FOR, A WEEK BEFORE THE DATE OF THE PROGRAMME. ANY RESERVATION NOT BACKED WITH PAYMENT WILL BE DEEMED OPEN FOR OTHER CLIENTS TO USE
